Evolyard Advisory is a service of Elyard Ventures LLC. These terms apply to this site and to advisory services provided by Evolyard Advisory.
Services
Evolyard Advisory provides executive AI advisory, including readiness assessments, operating model work, fractional leadership, and workshops. The exact scope, timing, and fee for any engagement will be set out in a written proposal or statement of work agreed before work begins. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific result.
Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in the proposal or statement of work for that engagement. Payment terms will be set out there. Work begins only after the proposal or statement of work is agreed.
No guarantee
Advisory work is based on judgment, experience, and the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, cost savings, or outcomes from using AI.
Confidentiality
We will keep information you share with us in an engagement confidential, and will not disclose it except as needed to provide the services, or as required by law. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing, and materials confidential, except as needed for your internal decision making.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with written notice as set out in the proposal or statement of work for that engagement. Fees for work already done remain payable.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for decisions you make based on our advice, and for following your own legal, security, and compliance obligations.
Intellectual property
Materials we provide to you in an engagement are for your internal use in your business, unless the proposal or statement of work says otherwise. This site and its content remain the property of Evolyard Advisory and Elyard Ventures LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to this site or to an engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules.
